1970年2月生,陕西延安人,男,二级研究员,博士,博士生导师,政府特殊津贴专家。西北农林科技大学水土保持研究所党委副书记、所长,中国科学院水利部水土保持研究所所长,中国科学院教育部水土保持与生态环境研究中心主任,旱区节水农业研究院副院长。国家“863”计划“作物生境过程耦合与调控技术”项目首席科学家,入选教育部新世纪人才计划(2005年)、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才计划(2015年)、万人计划科技创新领军人才(2018年)。
工作学习经历
1988.9-1993.6,在西北农林科技大学(原西北农业大学)土壤农化系土壤学专业学习,获农学学士学位;
1993.7-1996.6,在中国科学院水利部水土保持研究所攻读土壤学专业硕士学位,获理学硕士学位;
1998.7-2001.6,在西北农林科技大学攻读土壤学专业博士学位,获农学博士学位。
1996.7-1998.6,在中国科学院水利部水土保持研究所工作,任研究实习员;

获得国家和省部级奖励4项。“西北地区农业高效用水技术与示范”2005年获国家科技进步二等奖(排名第3);“西部干旱半干旱煤矿区微生物复垦新技术与应用” 2015年获国家科技进步二等奖(排名第8);“节水灌溉关键设备研制与开发”2003年获陕西省科技进步一等奖(排名第3);“北方半干旱集雨补灌旱作区节水农业综合技术体系集成与示范区”2008年获内蒙古自治区科技进步一等奖(排名第6)。发表论文100余篇,其中SCI、EI收录50余篇,获批发明专利8件,制定地方技术标准2项,培养研究生60余名。
2006年获陕西青年科技奖,同年入选教育部新世纪人才计划, 2010年入选陕西省三五人才,2012年获水利部青年科技英才称号,2012年被聘为国家“863”计划“作物生境过程耦合与调控技术”项目首席科学家,2013年入选陕西省重点科技创新团队,2014年入选陕西省创新人才推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才,2015年入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才。2018年入选国家万人计划科技创新领军人才。
